Positive Changes, LLC partners with several
different school districts that provide
continuing education for the children and
adolescents in our Partial Hospitalization
Program (PHP) and/or our Intensive
Outpatient Program (IOP). Additionally our
therapists participate with the teachers in
providing an individual educational plan (IEP)
for the children and adolescents in out
program.
We service children between the ages of
5-17 years old.
